With an individually tailored approach, I periodically incorporate some of the following tools of my trade into your massage. These modalities help enrich and diversify the therapeutic experience with a customized approach that addresses your needs and goals.
Hot towels

Help reduce soreness, soothe joint pain, and promote circulation.
Essential oils

Stimulate the limbic system of your brain, therefore help release all those amazing feel-good brain chemicals like serotonin. Oils are known to influence the nervous system and even relieve pain.
Cupping

Use suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area--easing back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other issues.
Hot stones

Place smooth, flat, heated stones on specific parts of your body that are made of basalt (a type of volcanic rock that retains heat). These help you relax further and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissue.
Deep tissue

Used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries and involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

CANCELATION POLICY
You will be charged half the cost of the scheduled service if you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice.
If you miss your appointment or cancel on the day of (no show), you will be charged the full amount of the service and future appointments may require a deposit.
